Last Erev Shabbat (the day before Shiva Assar b'Tammuz, when we would have fasted except that it was Shabbat), a ceremony took place honoring the first year's existence of Oz v'Ga'on, built in honor and memory of Naftali Frankel, Gil'ad Sha'ar and Eyal Yifrah, who were murdered last year and dumped not far from Hevron. I was not there. I'm just reminding my dear readers that people here in Israel still think of them, even if it's long over as far as the rest of the world is concerned.
